Dear Ms. Gieselmann, here are my answers:
1. Internal analysis: yes, in principle this is also true here, that you hardly have access to internal data and therefore cannot analyze this in detail then and leave it out; but if another group has already found information / data for this as part of the research for the analysis e.g. on 'people' (experts in a field or diversity etc.), that is also perfectly fine. I will accept both as complete in the exam.
2. First of all, the task is about an analysis and evaluation of the current status, because only based on this gaps, / potentials that can be identified. Of course, you can then consider independent approaches to the solution / own ideas.
