we also have a few open points regarding the concept paper of the Shiseido case on which we would be pleased if you could help us to clarify if we understand the task correctly:

- As the second task is related to the German website, we will focus on the German market also in the concept paper, is that correct?

- Should we start with an abstract to introduce the case or should we skip this part in favor of keeping the focus of the analysis and evaluation within the 4-5 pages

- Is the video of the Shiseido project presentation also available as a pdf or any other kind of offline presentation?

here are my answers to your open questions:

- Exactly, you need to delineate the relevant market before analyzing the market. This is part of the examination and must be defined in your concept paper.
- You can handle this as you like, but an abstract is not necessary from our side. It is more important to discuss the main points of the task.
- The video of the Shiseido project presentation is only available as a video for reasons of confidentiality.
