we also have an open point regarding the concept paper of the Shiseido case.
We are not sure whether we should focus on the current target group (women using anti aging products, 40 years and older) or an expansion and potential shift to the direction of younger costumers (e.g. millenials).
Could you maybe give us a short feedback?
