Dear students of the International Marketing module,

It is a great pleasure for me to start the module together tomorrow.

Currently,

  • 36 students are registered in the portal in general and
  • 22 students have registered for one of the two seminar slots on Saturday. Of these, 21 students are in slot 1 and 1 student in slot 2.

According to my information yesterday, the enrolling procedure in one study program is still in full swing and students have just been given the opportunity to take up their studies at all at short notice. I would like to support this as much as possible, as our appointment is the first one this week.

In order for everyone to be able to plan and secure tomorrow's second appointment, I have decided to offer the second time slot as a digital seminar. The first time slot will remain in attendance at the university, the times will remain unaffected.

Hopefully, this will allow as many students as possible to take part in the first event, even if they want to register at short notice.

Let me share some general information for the presence seminar tomorrow:

  1. Please bring your laptop of the computers so that we can work together on a board in Miro.
  2. Hygiene regulations: Please note the announcements on the applicable 3G on campus (see also the general information on campus)! The AHA rule (Abstand halten – Hygiene beachten – Alltagsmaske) is of course valid tomorrow.

In addition, the following hygiene rules apply when starting out in International Marketing:

  • If possible, we want to avoid groups of people forming inside the lecture hall. Therefore, go directly to the seminar room and do not stand in front of it.
  • The rows of seats that can be used are numbered. Please make sure to occupy the rows from the inside to the outside so that no one has to climb over each other. Please leave two seats free to your neighbor.
  • Please use your mouth-nose cover as well in the seminar room! I would like to discuss with you at the beginning of the first seminar how we can best work together in a way that is acceptable to everyone. Until then, we will use the mouth-nose covering for the time being.
  • If you cannot attend at short notice due to health reasons, please inform me in time.

I look forward to getting to know you tomorrow,

Simone Roth
